Once we are instructed to source a particular type of property, we will contact all the agents in the area on a regular basis and inspect potential homes on your behalf. We have established relationships with the local agents and in some cases can source suitable property before it is even advertised. With the owners consent we can provide additional information such as extra digital photographs or video footage for you, room dimensions and any other information important to your particular search. Once we have discussed the most promising properties for you to view, we liaise with the agents to arrange accompanied viewings to fit in into your schedule.
