Our Fees

Fees for a rental property search

We charge a non-refundable search fee of £200 valid for up to a two month property search and the balance of £300 paid upon signing of the Tenancy Agreement.

Finders fee for PURCHASE

£400 non-refundable finders fee valid for up to 5 months search. If a suitable property is found the finders fee will be deducted from the final fee of 0.5% due upon the date of exchange on your property.

Familiarisation tours of the area

• Half day - 3 hours £150
• Full day - 5 hours £225
